对于生物的分子、模块、通路、调控机制，人们已经积累了很多知识，现在出现了一个新的领域合成生物学，是利用已经积累的知识，根据需要，修改染色体的组件，让生物体适应具体的应用。2010年Venter合成了大肠杆菌，2011年美国有人合成出了能够制造石油的植物。

有点X战警的感觉

2011年science上的一篇文章，作者把E.Coli的所有314个停止编码子TAG（stop codon）全部换成了TAA，发生了什么呢。。。

Professor Michael Q.Zhang and Dr. Leonidas Bleris are going to offer a summer course titled The introduction of Synthetic Biology and System Biology. This course will also be a part of PTN (Tri-institution: NIBS/PKU/THU) program course. The course will last from Jul 22(Fri) to Aug 8.
