Dear Colleague,
We are pleased to inform you can submit your review article to our special issue " Current Computational Models for Prediction of the Varied Interactions Related to Protein " in Protein and Peptide Letters (Impact factor: 1.039). The Special Issue is focused on reviews describing recent findings which use computational techniques for the research of protein interactions. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Ø  Protein–RNA interaction prediction
Ø  Protein–protein interaction prediction
Ø  Protein–DNA interaction prediction
Ø  Protein–ncRNA interaction prediction
Ø  Protein–drug interaction prediction
Ø  Protein structure prediction
Ø  Protein function prediction
Ø  Protein subcellular localization prediction
Manuscripts should be submitted online to the journal at

Please note that:
1.  Hot topic Code to be used for submission of papers to our special issues: BSP-PPL-2017-HT28.        
2.  The deadline for submission is 31st December 2018.
3.  We will not accept any research paper as a contribution in the special issues. No page charges will be levied to the authors for the publication of their review articles.
